DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY Sharbiv Ltd. is a privately held company and well known for its reputation for professionalism in construction of housing and large scale infrastructure as well as its financial stability. Sharbiv was founded in 1956 by Mr. Joseph Kalish and is fully owned by the Kalish family. Sharbiv is being considered as one of Israel’s leading construction enterprises in building and infrastructure for many years. Sharbiv is a government approved housing company and contractor authorized to undertake and execute works in building and construction, air conditioning, roads, infrastructure and development, sewage and drainage systems, turbine and pumping stations of unlimited scope in all the above mentioned fields. Sharbiv’s performance is on a very high standard of construction and is executing its works according to the international standard of quality, and maintains a Quality Management System according to ISO 9002 standards. Among Sharbiv’s many clients are the Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Defence, Municipalities, local authorities, Dan City Association and large commercial societies. RANGE OF ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY Sharbiv has the know how and years of experience in the execution and development of housing, infrastructure works, water supply systems and dams, purifying systems, pumping stations and mechanical systems of unlimited scope during the years of its activities. Sharbiv has executed different housing projects in different residential areas, public buildings and industrial and infrastructure projects. Sharbiv developed and built thousands of residential units, industrial projects, which is part in the framework of the Ministry of Housing programme, and on its own initiative. During its years of activity and currently, Sharbiv has been developing and constructing in the cities of Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ashdod, Modi’in, Ofakim, Netivoth, Nesher, Kiryat Bialik and Kiryat Ata. Sharbiv is active in all stages of development from initiation and planning through construction, marketing and sales, including assistance with mortgages and financing. The administrative personnel at the Company’s head office in Haifa support professional and highly efficient staff. During the years of activity Sharbiv has become highly reputable for professionalism, financial strength and ability for executing works in many sites across the country of Israel by using different methods of construction for building residential units as well as large scale of infrastructure and mechanical works. |
