- Sharbiv Ltd., an entrepreneurship and construction company (hereinafter: Sharbiv) which operates the website: www.sharbiv.co.il, (hereinafter: The Website) wishes to make this privacy policy (hereinafter: Privacy Policy) known to the website users (hereinafter: The Users).
Sharbiv may update the Privacy Policy from time to time by providing a privacy update notice on the Website and/or Sharbiv services. The Privacy Policy refers only to the data collected by Sharbiv, but not data collected by third parties to which Users may contact through links on the Sharbiv Website to third parties such as social networks and various apps. Sharbiv is not responsible for maintaining the privacy of Users on these third-party websites and apps.
Sharbiv collects data about Users only with their consent and/or data collection necessary for Sharbiv’s provision of services and business operation, all in accordance with Sharbiv’s contractual and legal obligations and for the purpose of maintaining the security of Sharbiv’s systems and/or its customers and/or for preserving Sharbiv’s other legitimate interests. - The User is aware that in order to receive part of the Website’s services, the User is requested to provide Sharbiv with his personal information such as: name, e-mail address and telephone number (hereinafter: Personal Data). In addition, Users’ Personal Data are collected by Sharbiv as part of Users’ use of the Website and/or Sharbiv’s pages on social networks and/or their contact with Sharbiv.
In order to receive the best service from Sharbiv, Users undertake to provide correct, complete and true details. Users may at any time update their Personal Data and are solely responsible for doing so. - The Company wishes to make it clear that the Personal Data of each User will not appear or be displayed on the Website and will not be accessible to other users on the Website, unless they became accessible due to an act and/or omission beyond Sharbiv’s control.
- Upon accessing the Website and providing Personal Data, Users are required to consent in advance for the Personal Data they provided to be included in the database managed by Sharbiv in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 (hereinafter: The Database). In addition, Users give their consent, in advance, to the use of information by Sharbiv, in accordance with Sharbiv’s Privacy Policy detailed in this document.
- Sharbiv also allows Users to enter the Sharbiv Website and services through social networks and third-party social login providers (for example, Google, Facebook and Yahoo). These social login providers may share certain Personal Data with Sharbiv, as described in their login notices or privacy policies. Such data may include information such as the User’s name, profile picture, User’s age range, User’s gender and other public information. Sharbiv asks Users to check the privacy policies of such social login providers before entering the Sharbiv Website using a third-party service.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Sharbiv announces that the collection of Personal Data of Website Users is done, among other things, for the following purposes: (1) establishing contact with Users; (2) offering Sharbiv products in a way that matches the User’s requirements or preferences; (3) improving and streamlining the services provided by Sharbiv to Users. Also, information necessary for Sharbiv to manage its business, including documentation of commercial and other operations carried out by Website Users, may be stored in Sharbiv’s Database. Sharbiv undertakes not to transfer Users’ Personal Data to third parties for direct mail purposes, unless it has received the Users’ consent, in advance, to do so.
- Use of Cookies and Web Beacon files
Sharbiv may, when use is made of its Website and/or server, automatically collect information about Users’ use and activity, such as Internet IP address, device or browser information, login records or information automatically streamed by the User’s system tools to address technical support issues and understand, in order to improve the service, how the Users use the website.
The Website may contain components that may identify Users’ browsing characteristics on the Internet (web beacon). These data may be stored in databases stored by any third parties. It is emphasized that this information may help third parties understand the nature of Users’ internet browsing and use it to their advantage.
In order to make the experience of using the Website unique for Users, the Website uses cookies, which identify Users and are saved on the hard drive of their computers. Sharbiv may include third-party advertisements on the website that use cookies and web beacons in order to adapt the advertisements to the browsers’ interests. Some advertisements used on the Website use the services of Google inc, which use cookies. It is hereby brought to the Users’ attention that Google makes use of global cookie files that allow it to match relevant advertisements to Users from information received on the Website and also from various websites on the net. For more and complete information, Users are asked to review Google’s publications on Google’s Privacy Policy regarding Advertisements.
In certain cases, the third parties described above will be analytics providers who provide services such as app analytics and crash reporting to Sharbiv. In other cases, these are advertising or campaign providers. These providers may also automatically collect some of the information described above, including, for example, information about how the Website is used, IP address, access times, browser type and language, device type, device IDs and Wi-Fi information. These providers may also automatically collect the aforementioned information about Users through dedicated apps and on other websites and services, including personally identifiable information about Users’ online activities over time. Certain third parties help Sharbiv and others correlate user activities between browsers and devices used by Users, or for home use, for retargeting, cross-device advertising, data analysis and measurement purposes. The third-party analytics and advertising providers we use include: Google Analytics, Crashlytics and Apsalar. Certain third-party providers allow users to specify preferences or make use of user information. Some providers may also be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), each of which provides a simple way to opt out of advertisement targeting by participating companies. - Sharbiv will be entitled to use the Personal Data for its administrative, business, marketing and commercial needs, including for the purpose of analyzing and editing statistics, provided that it is not in the aforementioned to identify the User personally and everything is subject to the Privacy Policy and the law.
- Sharbiv will be entitled to use personal data for the purpose of sending regular updates, suggestions for optimizing the service, magazines, marketing and advertising information and more (hereinafter: Information for Users). It is important to clarify that Sharbiv will send the information to Users subject to the Users’ consent to receive the Information for Users, which may be given as part of the User’s use of the Website, or in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law.
- Sharbiv wishes to draw Users’ attention to the fact that according to the Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, Users have the right to request, in writing, by sending a request to an e-mail address: media.sharbiv@gmail.com that his personal data, used for direct mailing, be deleted from the database. In the event a User request his personal data be deleted from the database, Sharbiv shall comply and delete the information only from the database used for direct mailing, the information used for direct mailing.
- Sharbiv will be entitled to use personal data without obtaining authorization of Users in the following cases: (1) a legal dispute between a User and Sharbiv; (2) a judicial order instructing Sharbiv to do so; (3) if a User violates the terms of use and/or the Privacy Policy and/or the law; (4) Sharbiv receives a claim and/or complaint that a User acted contrary to the terms of use and/or the Privacy Policy and/or the law.
- Sharbiv take all reasonable means to secure the personal data provided by Users and to secure all its systems. However, Sharbiv shall bear no responsibility, direct and/or indirect, for events of detection and use of personal data provided by Users and/or collected by Sharbiv, directly and/or indirectly, from unauthorized intrusions by others and/or as a result of actions and/or omissions that are beyond Sharbiv’s control.
- Sharbiv reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time and/or change it and/or add to it and/or detract from it, and all at their sole consideration. Any such change shall be valid from the day it is published on the Website.
- Users undertake to read the Privacy Policy from time to time in order to follow changes and updates, and Sharbiv does not undertake to update Users of any such changes.
- Users who do not agree with one or more of the terms in this agreement or any of the terms stipulated in the Website’s different parts, are asked not to make any use of the Website and its various services. Continued use of the Website constitutes evidence that the User agrees with all its terms and conditions.
